I am a local loctician to the dmv area maintaining and creating healthy loc journey. Lavishhlocss policy’s update 2025 ~no call no shows will result in 100% of the service being charged to the card on file if the card declines you will no longer be allowed to book. ~included in majority of services excluding add ons a wash is included in the service. ~No extra guests during appointments (yes this does include kids) ~the remaining balance for the appointment need to be paid in cash (for no extra fee) or through Apple Pay ($5 fee added to the total cost of the service) ~deposits are non refundable if i am sick or have the cancel due to any kind of an emergency i will offer a free opportunity to reschedule or your deposit refunded back in full. ~deposits are only held for a total of 48hours if the appointment request expires or is denied the cost of the deposit will not be posted to your bank ~all new clients will be contacted prior to their appointment for information regarding the history of your hair in order to make sure i can adequately service you. ~ you are allowed one opportunity to reschedule your appointment after that a new deposit will be required to book ~24hr cancellation policy, if you do not cancel prior to the 24hr window being open you will be required to pay 75% of the service for that day ~please reschedule your appointment if you are sick and/ or experiencing any flu Iike symptoms ~you have a 15 minute grace period following those 15 minutes if you do not arrive i will have to reschedule ~no dms ~when you book an appointment PLEASE be sure that your contact information is correct if the contact information is incorrect this will automatically result in your appointment being denied and no deposit will be accepted ~all deposits put in for appointment do go on to the total cost of the appointment ~FaceTime consultations are available ~squeeze in appointments before and after regular hours will result in a $65 fee added to the total cost of the service. If it is my off day it’s a $80 fee added to the total cost ~no sisterlocs or microlocs or interlocing or loc extensions Starterloc policy ~ you must come fully detangled prior to the starterloc service if you are not detangled this will result in a $40 fee added to the total cost of the hair and yes a wash is included in all starterloc services ~you have a 10minute grace period after 10 minutes your appointment will have to be rescheduled.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
appointment needs to be cancelled at least 48hrs in advance. Last minute cancellations will result in your card being charged 50% of your service. Anything after the 48hr mark is considered last minute. No call no shows will also result in your card being charged 50% of your service.
